How an Onboarding Video CompanyApproaches Employee Onboarding Videos
An onboarding video production process does not begin with the typical corporate introduction; it begins with discovering that human element.
What cultural values must resonate here? What complicated procedure is confusing people right from the start? What critical expectation can be demonstrated in dynamic seconds rather than written blandly away in one line of text in a handbook? This is how our onboarding videos get started.
As an agency for employee onboarding videos, we focus on story and imagery. Without it, corporate visuals are just noise, and disengagement among employees early on is too costly for you.
STEP 01: DISCOVERY & CULTURE PLANNING
We determine who the new hires are, what core values should be imparted, and where gaps in the current orientation process may exist. The outline of a narrative structure is provided to you prior to any content being produced. Should we think that a certain topic is more suited to a reference document than video, we will let you know upfront.
STEP 02: SCRIPT & VISUAL STYLE DEVELOPMENT
Messages, visual style guides, and brand alignments are crafted at the same time, ensuring the tone of the project is friendly and not overly corporate. Your sign-off on a script, visual style, and fixed price is required at the end of this step, and nothing goes into animation until that approval occurs.
STEP 03: ANIMATION, REVISING & HR DISTRIBUTION
Branded animations, storyboards, voiceover, and sound design are seamlessly combined through structured review phases. The final product is delivered in the format suitable for your learning management system or internal portal. You receive a project manager and a central review link for HR stakeholders.
